The Federal Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has thrown out the fine charged to CBS by the FCC in the wake of Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction."

Silly me, and all this time I thought that out-of-control oil, gas, and food prices--not to mention a dollar that is its lowest ever against the Euro--were causing our recession.
But, thanks to the infinite wisdom of the Republican Party, I now know it's just a matter of "psychology." First, it's voodoo economics, now it's "psychoeconomics." I feel so much better now... A big hug goes to Vittoria Conn for forwarding this hilarious MoveOn.org video to me.

We were having bad thunderstorms in the Tri-Cities area, and the Fox station went out in the middle of the episode.
